Project 90 - Travelling Fellowships

Expand your horizons with the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s new Travelling Fellowship Programme. Connect, learn and be inspired by peers across national and international gastroenterology and hepatology centres, whatever your professional role, fostering new perspectives that enrich both patient care and your own professional development. Open to all ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø members, regardless of clinical background or experience, fellows are expected to focus their visit on a specific aspect of practice, with clear learning or knowledge-sharing goals. Typically lastly 1-2 weeks, the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø will match applicants with host centres for the best possible experience.  Members should read the application handbook for full application criteria prior to applying.

The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø (ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø) will celebrate its 90th birthday in 2027. The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø plans to celebrate the profession and the membership by providing enhanced membership benefits in the run-up to this birthday with an overarching aim of allowing members to discover or re-discover their passion for the profession and specialty. With Dr Beverly Oates as overall Clinical Lead, we have created five workstreams, designed for multi-disciplinary access.
