ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø BASL Webinar: Liver Transplantation for Severe Alcohol-Related Hepatitis
Brought to you by the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Liver Committee jointly with BASL and the British Liver Transplant Group.
This webinar will explore the topic of alcohol-related hepatitis and treatment of its most severe forms including transplantation. There will be an overview of diagnosis and standard management of this life-threatening condition. The current international situation regarding liver transplantation will be reviewed. Finally, details of the UK pilot to transplant patients with severe alcohol-related hepatitis will be explained to give practitioners confidence in identifying and referring suitable patients.
